Dr. Elizabeth Nixon, OD
I grew up in Iowa, I attended Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and received a B.S. in civil engineering. I then moved west and received my Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University, graduating first in my class. I chose Hallmark Opticians due to their focus on the patient, and the care they take to ensure each customer receives the highest level of products and services available. In my spare time, I enjoy working out, shopping and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Dr. Summy To, OD
I received both my undergraduate degree in Vision Science and my Doctor of Optometry from the University of California at Berkeley. After practicing for a few years in Eureka, CA, I was drawn to Portland in 2006 and joined the Hallmark team in 2008. I believe in taking extra time with each patient to answer questions and find solutions to their unique needs. My extra time is spent in exploring this great city's outdoor activities and hot spots to participating in community service whenever I can.

Chuck Marshall - (Owner)
I was born and raised in Tacoma. I got into opticianry in the 1940's and came to Portland to work at the "first mall" in the USA, The Lloyd Center. My hobbies include gardening, collecting coins and walking my dog, Sadie. I especially like having friends and family over for a mean BBQ!

Lisa Marshall - (Owner)
I am the daughter of co-owner Chuck Marshall and started working at Hallmark while in high school. I became a certified optician going through the POA Community College Opticianry Program. My hobbies include shopping, birdwatching, riding horses, and spending time with my husband, son and dog, Maddie Mae on our 5 acres.

Pete (Eddy) Peterson
I grew up in Vale, Oregon. My not often enough hobbies are fishing and swinging at golf balls.

RECEPTIONISTS

Sarah Moon
I am a transplant to Oregon from Texas, and I love it here! Currently I have been working at Hallmark Opticians for about 7 months and I really enjoy interacting with all the differcnt types of people that have eye health needs. Some things I enjoy are photography, shopping, philosophy and almost any outdoor activity. I have two beautiful pets that I love with all my heart: Freckles my kitty and Mr. Beard my bearded dragon!

Bethaney Hardman
I was raised here in the heart of Portland. In my free time I love drawing, painting and surrounding myself in fashion and good music. I like working for Hallmark Opticians because the friendly environment and working with all the designer glasses and sunwear.
